I M looking, some nonsense people disturbing not only our nation but also destroying our cultural activies, I was expecting that I will attend Music Conference according to the programe, but it is very sad.

While I think the overarching concern is certainly safety and postponing the conference is a wise decision (albeit at the last moment; better late than never or continuing with the clichés, better safe than sorry), I agree with the above two comments to the extent of lack of information/notice.

Surely the organisers know full well about the events that have been taking place in this country in the preceding weeks, or for that matter months. And given the situation, it was surprising that the conference was going to be held at this time.

If the organisers then decided against it . . . fair enough…but surely you could and should have taken into account that people may have planned their life around the conference months in advance (and in certain instances people travel from outside Pakistan)and been a tad bit more responsible and considerate.
I realise its Pakistan, and here it’s a big deal and should be grateful to have been provided with even this much notice. It would not have been surprising here to have no notice at all – to turn up to the venue and then have it dawn on you that since no one else is there —- it must have been cancelled…

But you, you are the people who give artists the opportunity and us the audience, to witness magic – therefore, surely you have a higher standard of responsibility towards your audience than other organisers in this country.

All that aside – tis sad about everything that’s going on around us and we hope to be able to attend your conference soon.

Waiting…Waiting…And Waiting…….and a sad end….in shape of postpone….i bleave its a message to few people (terriorists) that we are affread off…..but listen this nation and the lovers of All Pakistan Music Conference are not coward..sorry to say organisers disapoint there lovers…

I agree with Mr. Shahid Mirza that why was it cancelled at the very last moment. We all know about the security situation in the country and no one expect it to get better any time soon.

why did you wait till today to announce the cancellation. you did not expect that the situation will change by 26th i am sure. it should not have been planned to begin with since the situation was apparent but if you did despite that you should go ahead with this, no excuses. it is like playing with your audiences.
